Welcome! I am interested in getting to know you better, and I think it’s important that you know a little bit about me so that you can make the best informed decision regarding your health. I grew up in Virginia, before moving to Georgia in 2013. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in the McDonough area with over 5 years of clinical experience. Prior to starting my private practice, I worked with a large group private practice in the metro Atlanta area and provided mental health services to both individuals and their families. My specialty areas include helping individuals struggling with self-esteem/body image concerns, spiritual matters, new and expectant mothers, military veterans/families, and trauma related experiences. I enjoy working with individuals presenting with general anxiety and depression, career counseling concerns, stress management, and life transition issues. In all settings, I places a strong emphasis on a strength based perspective-that we are all i
