I work with individuals, couples, and families dealing with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and family conflict. I utilize a systemic and bio-psycho-social-spiritual approach in therapy. This simply means integrating the many parts of a person into therapy. I also aim to explore the impact of significant relationships and the influence of larger social systems on client’s sense of wholeness and ability to achieve desired growth. I specialize in assisting emerging adults through transition, trauma, and crises of faith and spirituality.
