Therapist Overview
DAYTIME APPTS NOW OPEN MON/TUES/FRI. Do you have “self-defeating” patterns that need to be addressed? My work is to guide you in transforming harmful personal thoughts, attitudes, and behaviors to create whole-self integration and alignment. I help individuals bring awareness to emotional blocks and patterns, allow space for them, and support in treating and transmuting those aspects for optimal living. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, addiction, grief, school, career or relational challenges, I am ready to support you in creating a cohesive relationship of mind, body, and spirit. As a yoga instructor and holistic psychology professor, I approach therapeutic work with an integrative framework. I use Internal Family Systems practices, Pia Mellody’s codependency model, hypnosis, mindfulness interventions, CBT skills, and more. I provide clients with a thorough psycho-education regarding cognition and the emotional circuitry of the body. You don’t have to figure out how to heal yourself on your own. We are social beings and healing happens in community, not in isolation. Reach out and we can discuss your needs and wishes. As a heart-centered practitioner with a vast intellectual interest in the human mind, body, and spirit, I am committed to guiding you to live your very best existence.
