Therapist Overview

Finding a therapist that you connect with and feel understood by is an integral part of therapy. I help couples and individuals develop a deeper sense of self, have more fulfilling relationships, and tap into their inherent resiliency. The process of therapy can be a chance to rediscover yourself and your relationships. I specialize in working with couples around relationship concerns, intimacy, desire discrepancies, trauma, infidelity, anxiety, and life transitions. I help couples create new emotional and sensual experiences with their partners. When faced with distressing experiences, our minds and bodies begin to react differently to the world and people around us. I am trained in EMDR and utilize it in my practice to help people experience relief from traumatic and distressing life experiences. I am also trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, and have additional training from the California Institute of Integral Studies in Sex Therapy.
