Therapist Overview

I consider my path to becoming a counselor one that was designed to teach me the reality of pain and empathy, so that I might sit with others struggling through hardships. My passion for counseling has continued to grow and thrive as I’ve worked with clients struggling with drug addiction, anxiety, co-dependency, trauma, spiritual issues, relationship issues, and identity issues. I believe that lasting change occurs through relationship, and I seek to provide a therapuetic environment to do so. I believe that healing should be a process of mind, body, and spirit. I encourage clients to address all areas of focus. I am uniquely able to integrate biblical values and beliefs into therapy due to my background in Bible and theology when desired by the client.
