Relationships are challenging! Negative cycles can leave you feeling confused, overwhelmed, unfulfilled, and hopeless. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe we all have the resources to work through challenging life events. I work with couples on improving communication and connection as well infidelity and sexual issues. I also work with individuals looking to heal from traumatic events. I use collaborative, mindful, and holistic approaches to decrease distressing thoughts and assist individuals and couples in working through their obstructive patterns to feel more in tune with one another. I view relationships on wide spectrum and I believe there is no standard relationship. I am open to working with individuals and couples who have traditional as well as non-traditional partnerships and family systems. I provide a supportive space and safe environment for folks in the LGBTQIA+ community as well as POC. I have experience working with relational and sexual issues as well as trauma.
