Everyone goes through challenging times in their life and it’s not always easy to cope with the stress. Work life balance, job related stress, and managing family responsibilities are just some of the things that can throw us off kilter. Sometimes our interpersonal relationships can suffer because we are not taking the time to invest in ourselves. It’s in these times that it’s important to take a step back and redefine our priorities and follow through on a plan of personal growth that is congruent with our current lives. I believe in the power of collaboration and working with you to define what you would like to change in your life and how to get there. I use a combination of solution focused, cognitive behavioral, and narrative therapy techniques to get to the bottom of what might be causing some of the dysfunction and stress that is making life challenging for you. I recognize that change is rarely an easy process and does not always feel comfortable. However, sometimes it necessary in order to get the results that we’ve always wanted. My job is to facilitate an environment of growth that motivates you to make meaningful changes to bring out the best version of yourself and identify what’s been standing in your way.
