I work psychodynamically and use an eclectic approach. My appreciation for attachment theory, humanistic and modern psychoanalytic knowledge bases as well as the mind body connection all inform my clinical work. Psychotherapy is a wonderful tool to help someone find out more of who they are, the sources of their distress, and what they need and want for a more joyful, empowered and present life.
