She/Her/Hers
I view therapy as a collaborative relationship that fosters a safe space for healing and growth. My approach is active, showing up with genuine care and interest in my clients lives’ and challenging them when appropriate. I love working with women in their 20’s and 30’s who are motivated to grow and have a desire to understand themselves on a deeper level.
Therapist Overview
My approach in therapy is relational, collaborative, and grounded in humanistic and existential philosophy. I work to maintain a balance of being warm and empathetic, while also challenging my clients when appropriate to help them see things from a new perspective. I know firsthand how vulnerable it can be to open up in therapy, which is why my priority is to create a relationship where you feel safe and never judged.
We’ll address your relationship to yourself, others, and the world. We’ll explore how your past has shaped you so we can work towards creating a healthier present and future.
Being human means that life will inevitably present us with challenges – this does not mean there is something wrong with you or that you need to fix yourself. I believe we all have our own set of gifts and innate strengths, and therapy is a space that promotes growth in discovering those strengths that lie within.
