My approach is client centered and focused on meeting your needs, whatever they may be. Due to how I conduct counseling I draw from several strategies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Collaborative Problem Solving, Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR. My flexible style is focused on you and your needs. I believe that every client is unique and deserves a tailored approach. I also believe in a non-judgmental space and will be accepting of you as you are. I offer weekend and evening appointments.
