Due to how I conduct counseling I draw from several strategies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Collaborative Problem Solving, Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR.
