As your therapist, my goal is to empower you to overcome life challenges to discover a new hope to create real change in your life. Whether you are dealing with issues of disappointment, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, life/career transitions, or significant relationship difficulties, I want to walk alongside you during this difficult season of life to provide support and guidance to get you back to internal wellbeing. There is no one-size fits all approach to treatment and I am skilled at tailoring the treatment process to meet your individual needs, as I prefer to utilize various methods to treat a variety of life challenges. During this process, I help clients to rediscover themselves while developing coping skills and learn new strategies for continued growth. I believe that the key to finding a new hope is in community and when you partner with a caring, trusting thera
