Everyone is destined to experience stress, loneliness, loss, illness, pain, self-defeating choices, uncertainty, relationship or work problems. Sometimes it's hard to know when to ask for help. Seeking therapy does not mean there is something wrong with us. Many individuals are concerned about getting labeled with a mental illness because they are struggling with life issues, traumatic events or troubled families. I am less interested in finding labels, and more interested in working with you to better understand your struggles and help you develop more successful coping techniques. I am skilled in a range of therapeutic techniques, I practice eclectic approaches incorporating EMDR; Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples (EFT) Cognitive Behavior ; Solution Focused; Client Center and AEDP. my strongest skills is my ability to connect with my clients and provide them with an emotionally safe environment. I strive to foster a collaborative relationship to help my clients develop their own internal resources and capabilities so that they emerge with new skills.
