I work with my clients to develop an awareness of the deeper emotions that are guiding their decisions and to ultimately discover what is holding them back from connection, calm, and finding their own unique path through adulting. Once they learn to manage their feelings, they can use them in a way that is meaningful, authentic, and provides direction.
