How we feel day to day greatly influences our quality of life. Generally speaking, if we feel ok, we are ok, no matter the stressors that surround us. But if we don’t feel ok, getting up and getting dressed can be an insurmountable task. Yet for all the time spent in formal education, there is very little training or instruction regarding emotional health. I see my role as helping you obtain this “emotional education”, in order to more deeply come to know and befriend yourself. To help you learn how to work with your emotions rather than needing to avoid, control or be controlled by them. I have helped many individuals and families come to understand, challenge and change patterns of shame, doubt, fear, insecurity, conflict, depression, anxiety and disconnection. I would love to do the same for you. I believe in the human capacity to learn, grow and heal.
