Therapist Overview

Are you or your relationship struggling due to COVID-19 or quarantine? Don’t go it alone. I have helped many people navigate difficult times, both before and during the pandemic. My practice specializes in therapy for people wanting to improve their relationship and themselves. You’ll receive hands-on support to work through your conflicts about identity, money, sex, children, family, career, emotions, or major life decisions. I also have specific experience working with first- and second- generation immigrants to understand issues of identity, and welcome all people regardless of immigration status. The current pandemic is affecting sexualities too, and is often overlooked. When needed, sex therapy can help you address common concerns such as desire discrepancy, low sex or sexless relationships, or difficulties having sex. All are warmly welcomed and affirmed, including people in the LGBTQIA+, poly, trans and non-binary communities. My approach is wholly client-centered and affirming,
