Therapist Overview

My focus is on adult mental health, addiction, and adults experiencing life transitions. I utilize a person-centered approach, based on each individualā€™s needs and goals, to guide our sessions. Approaches may include modalities such as Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and others. I also have extensive experience working with family members whose loved ones are experiencing mental illness or addiction. I believe one of the most important things we can do to support a loved one with these needs is to educate ourselves and obtain the necessary supports. In therapy, I want to create a space for you to share yourself and your story with me. I believe in the resiliency of the human spirit and that we all possess the strength to overcome lifeā€™s challenges. It is my hope that by working together, I may help you find that strength.
