I have experience treating a large variety of issues and presenting problems and have years of experience working with all kinds of clients. I work with children, teens, and adults. I enjoy helping people work through issues of depression, anxiety, past abuse, and PTSD. I also enjoy working with children and adults with Autism, ADHD, and OCD. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy along with a client centered approach where I provide tools, resources, validation, and empowerment and but you are in the drivers seat. We work together to come up with a plan for healing that works for you. I also use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitizstion and Reprocessing) to treat trauma and other issues. This is a powerful and intense form of therapy and we can discuss whether or not this is right for you when we meet.
