My assumption about most people who seek out a therapist is they are stuck in a situation and have already tried everything they can think of to get unstuck. I am solution-focused and specialize in helping folks get unstuck through my pragmatic, non-judgmental, and client-centered approach. I enjoy working with individuals and couples to develop new skills that will empower them to move towards the lives they want to live. I get excited about the therapeutic process and specialize in treating mood disorders and anxiety through a mix of mindfulness, CBT, DBT, and ACT. I am sex positive and passionate about gender, sexual, erotic, and relational diversity. I especially enjoy working with trauma survivors, LGBTQIA+ folx, kinksters, poly people, geeks, nerds, weirdos, and punks. I’d be honored to talk more with you about your process.
