I work exclusively with women ages 21+. I am an ally of the LGBTQIA community. Please contact me today to schedule an intake so we can determine if we are a good fit to collaborate and explore solutions. My style is warm and easygoing, empathic and supportive; coupled with humor and authenticity. My theroretical orientation is primiarily humanistic, to include interventions based in CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy) and expressive arts with a bio-psycho-social-spiritual focus.
