I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, licensed in the state of Virginia with over 8 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues and family conflict, addictions, parenting issues, and anger management. I have also helped many people experiencing phase of life challenges and those struggling with motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I offer a variety of services including individual, couples, family, and group counseling in order to meet the needs of individuals. I provide services to individuals of all ages including children, adolescents, and adults. I emphasize relationship building and strive to create an environment where clients feel accepted and understood. I utilize a warm, interactive, and client-centered counseling style.
