Therapist Overview

My therapeutic approach is a compassionate and collaborative one in which clients and I work on identifying and working towards goals that will improve their quality of life. I value the individual relationships with clients and tailor treatment to meet the needs and goals of each individual. I offer a space where it is safe to explore and address issues and behaviors that get in the way of achieving emotional wellness. I offer tools to empower clients to challenge thoughts and behaviors that don’t serve them. I feel privileged to be present for and support clients as they make these changes. I have training and experience in working with children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with trauma, depression, anxiety and grief/loss related issues. I am bilingual/bicultural and a native of Los Angeles. I offer services in English and Spanish. Although I can’t offer solutions to L.A. traffic, I offer a knowing nod and the occasional pain filled wince in response to L.A. traffic jams.
