Therapist Overview
****I am currently not accepting new Clients.**** Everyone needs a “safe place” to express their feelings, to challenge their thinking and to grow. Creating that emotionally safe place is the cornerstone of my clinical practice. My approach is solution-focused and strengths-based, and I enjoy seeing individuals taking steps towards their goals. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy to help my clients. My strengths-based focus enables my clients to access their own inner strengths to grow and reach their goals. I have worked with individuals diagnosed with anxiety, trauma-related issues, depression, bipolar disorder, and adjustment and grief related disorders. I am excited to work with individuals, couples or families to help them achieve their emotional, physical and spiritual goals. Negotiating life can be difficult and an attentive ear can be helpful in finding your way through life’s rough spots.
