My approach is strength-based and collaborative to bolster resilience and provide tools to help you overcome and manage stress, depression, anxiety, feelings of overwhelm and the many challenges you are facing. I enjoy working with adolescent, young adult, adult and older adult clients, and am happy to provide parent coaching. Prior to private practice, I was Director of Psychological Treatment with the Mood Brain & Development Unit at the National Institute of Mental Health, specializing in the treatment of adolescent depression. In addition to treating depression, I help clients to overcome anxiety disorders (including social anxiety, GAD, panic and phobias), PTSD, OCD and BDD. I have expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and evidence based treatments (including Exposure and Response Prevention, ERP).
