I enjoy working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. I have experience working with individuals that have trauma histories, experience depression, anxiety, ADHD or are going through life changes. I primarily work individually with adults, adolescents and children. Many of my clients have significant trauma histories and seek support in making better decisions in order to pursue a better future for themselves and their families. We will explore how past experiences and relationships have influenced your thinking and ability to express your emotions. By looking at your past and present decisions it will enable you to move forward in a more positive manner. I will use my expertise in DBT, CBT, Trauma Informed Care and Expressive Arts to aid you on your journey. It can be very difficult to seek support but doing so is a sign of strength.
