I have a particular interest in work/life balance, parenting young children, substance abuse/adult children of addicts, codependence, life transitions, sexuality/gender identity, anxiety, depression & trauma. Right now, I am also especially committed to helping people cope with the hardship, disruption & even trauma associated with COVID-19. I have a degree from The Family Institute at Northwestern University in Marital & Family Therapy. I tend to use a combination of treatment modalities ranging from CBT & DBT to psychodynamic & self psychology depending on the client’s goals. I view therapy as a collaborative process.
