I aim to create a warm and supportive therapy environment where clients feel understood and validated. I work with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, family issues, grief and bereavement, substance abuse, trauma, and career challenges. I approach therapy from a strength-based, relational, and psychodynamic perspective. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and Functional Family Therapy (FFT). I also incorporate elements of mindfulness and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) into my work.
