At True North Therapy, I have 18+ years as a therapist specializing in adolescent health, parent coaching and trauma informed therapies for individuals, couples and families; speciality groups include veterans and first responders. I am a licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and a licensed School Social Worker. I take a strength-based approach and utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques that focus on the uniqueness of each client.
