More and more people are having trouble knowing who they are or where they belong. What we were taught growing up doesn’t make sense anymore. Because of this, we have difficulties getting out of bed to questioning our faith. When we feel this way it is a hurt or loss that is almost impossible to describe. My type of therapy presents people with an opportunity to understand why they think and feel the way they do and to go deeper than they thought possible. It is okay to feel like you do.
