Therapist Overview

I provide a space for clients to explore their questions, hopes and fears in a non-judgmental environment. I have experience treating children, adolescents and adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings facing a wide range of diagnoses and difficulties including anxiety, depression, ADHD, women’s issues, grief and loss, parenting struggles, and life transitions. I operate from a psychodynamic perspective, using the therapist-client relationship as an agent for change. I also incorporate cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, play therapy, and structural family therapy approaches as needed. I enjoy serving a diverse range of clients and family systems, and am interested in exploring how clients’ spirituality can serve as a support during times of difficulty. I am currently offering telehealth sessions only.
