I am a licensed professional clinical counselor and have earned my Bachelors of Art Degree in Psychology at Miami University and my Masters of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. I enjoy working with a diverse group of individuals and have experience working with individuals with anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, communication issues, grief and loss, trauma, eating disorders, self-esteem, and body image issues. I utilize an integrative approach to counseling and work to provide a safe and secure environment to support clients while helping them meet their individual goals.
