As we go through day-to-day life, it’s easy to become overwhelmed with negative thoughts, out-of-control emotions and poor communication. We can all get stuck in destructive habits or unhealthy relationship patterns. I enjoy listening to people’s stories and learning about their unique life experiences. I believe all of my clients already possess the gifts and skills they need to be happier and healthier. By offering new perspectives, I hope to empower my clients to see themselves and their relationships in a different way, to find alternatives to challenges, and experience more peace of mind. I am a sexual health educator and support a “sex positive” approach, viewing sexuality holistically and inclusively. Sexual satisfaction and relationship satisfaction often go hand-in-hand. I strive to create a safe, comfortable environment, free from judgment to discuss sensitive issues and work on achieving intimacy, connection and fulfillment.
