Sometimes we can get so caught up in our lives that we forget to truly live. The essence of my work is to facilitate self-growth by helping my client’s identify the core challenges and setbacks in their lives, and create a plan to overcome these struggles with confidence. My office is located at Rocky Creek Ranch. To meet various client’s preferences and needs, I provide counseling services in both a traditional, indoor setting as well as in nature. I incorporate various therapeutic modalities including, but not limited to, CBT, Narrative Therapy, SFBT and Relational Therapy. I also offer Equine-Facilitated Psychotherapy which is an interactive, experiential form of therapy aimed at improving self-awareness, gaining life skills, improving self-esteem and reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression.
