One of the greatest challenges of life is finding peace within yourself, when one is challenged by depression, anxiety, abuse or trauma that peace can sometimes feel unattainable. This is why finding the “Right” therapist can be a task in itself. As for myself, I believe that “Normal” only exist on a washing machine & finding the “Right” therapist can be just as important as finding the perfect time to pursue that peace. For nearly 8 years, I have had the honor to work with people at the end of their lives & assist them in addressing unresolved personal issues that have followed them. Through this experience, I have observed people find unconditional peace & healing when they bravely face & work through the process. My experience has taken me in the homes of families in conflict, children that seem lost and families afflicted by deaths such as suicide, homicide or accidental death.
