The adolescent and young adult stage should be some of the most exciting years of our lives although due to the pressures from peer groups, getting good grades, planning for college and career, this period of life can become very overwhelming and often extremely difficult. I am a licensed clinical social worker based in Wethersfield, Connecticut who has 10+ years experience working with teens and young adults who are struggling with all aspects of life. My areas of focus include peer/parental relationships, self esteem issues, life transitions, life skills, career counseling, anxiety and depression. My approach is a collaborative style of counseling with a focus on elevating self awareness, identifying strengths, and working together to accomplish therapeutic goals.
