It can be hard to ask for help, but you might be relieved to know that psychotherapy is not about pinpointing or exploiting what’s wrong with you. It is about becoming who you really are. We all need safe spaces to breathe, think, feel, express, move and be seen; to begin forming language around our experiences and to find reconnection and integration to and between our emotional, cognitive and physical bodies.
