Therapist Overview

I enjoy working with adolescents, teens, and young adults. These life phases are times of constant transition. We’re trying to find a sense of belonging, striving to do well in school/work, all while figuring out who we really are and who we want to become. Balancing all of this can be overwhelming, especially when things happen in life that are beyond our control. We can all use a little extra support. Finding the right therapist can help us work through the hard times, heal, and ultimately, thrive. I work with individuals ages 11-35, specializing in teenagers and young professionals. My approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and collaborative. I have advanced training in trauma-informed therapies and utilize holistic, evidence-based modalities. I strive to provide a therapeutic experience where you feel accepted, understood, and safe. I respect your time and effort to find support. If you feel I may be a good fit for you, your adolescent, or your teen, please give me a call or
