My practice has current openings for adults in their 20s and 30s who are experiencing mood and relationship difficulties. I help my clients to better understand patterns in their lives and use this insight to initiate changes in mood, intimacy and connection, and ways of managing difficult emotions. The process of growth and healing is tied into the relationship between therapist and client. The quality of the “fit” is crucial. My goal is to help my clients find meaning in their struggles, understand their own symptoms, and find ways to live more fulfilling and creative lives. Specialties: difficulties with relationships, depression and anxiety, significant life transitions, adoption and blended family struggles, difficulties in adolescence and emerging adulthood.
