It can strip away our self-worth, feelings of hope & our ability to find happiness in life. At times, we can resolve issues on our own however at other times the help from a compassionate & professionally trained therapist can make a significant difference. I use an integrative approach which borrows from various counseling styles in order to achieve positive outcomes.
