I believe when it comes to finding the right therapist, it is crucial to find someone who truly makes you feel seen, understood, and like things really can get better. I concentrate on the relationship between client and therapist; while fostering a climate of collaboration, support and greater self-awareness to assist and guide you through meeting your desired goals. I infuse insight, a sense of humor and interventions tailored to each unique individual’s needs. Though formally trained psychodynamically, I am relationally oriented and tend to integrate elements of modalities such as CBT, Family Systems and Narrative. I previously trained at the Antioch University Counseling Center and Colors LGBTQ Youth Counseling Center for 2 years. I specialize in working with adults (18-35); especially as it relates to quarter life issues, such as feeling stuck and isolated.
