Therapist Overview

I work with you to meet your needs and goals, whether that’s space to process, or a launchpad to get organized and reengaged in your own life. I use evidence-based and wholistic methods, gathered from two decades of therapeutic work. I especially value mindfulness, experiential, humanistic, and strength-based traditions. But I try to be present and attuned to what comes up in the moment with you and I – both holding space and engaging with you in a collaborative style. I have helped many people with anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, relationships, work and social life, and long-term emotional pain and stress. I believe we are all capable what may seem like very stuck patterns and situations with the right conditions and good support. It can be vulnerable to reach out. And starting therapy is its own act of bravery. Choosing a therapist you trust and relate to is so important. Please reach out to me if you feel like we might be a good fit.
