Hello and welcome. Due to the impact of COVID-19, I have transitioned all therapy sessions to phone and video. In addition, I have increased availability and am currently accepting new clients. My therapeutic approach is grounded in psychodynamic and person-centered perspectives, which means that we may explore the past and patterns of relationships to help you gain personal insight and healing. To facilitate this process, I integrate EMDR (Eye Movement, Desensitization and Reprocessing) and IFS (Internal Family Systems) modalities. Please call for a free 15 minute consultation.
