I have been working with children, teens and adults with a variety of issues for over 20 years. I have in depth experience with anxiety, trauma and depression along with the ways that those issues can affect the members of their family. I have worked in residential treatment, behavioral health hospitals and outpatient settings. In the beginning, starting to change can seem overwhelming and maybe even impossible. I use approaches that embrace the idea that everyone is different and everyone can just with the right approach to the problem.
