Welcome. Choosing a therapist is an important and positive step toward healing and growth. I provide therapy for individual clients and couples to help reduce distress and to assist them in moving from where they are to where they want to be. This is done in the safe, understanding, and non-judgmental environment that is essential for success. My academic training is in marriage and family therapy, and I have advanced training in Gestalt therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples.
