As a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of clinical practice, I have built a reputation of being a supportive and nurturing clinician who teaches life skills for managing difficult life transitions. I work with individuals, teens and families on some of the most challenging life issues. My practice incorporates teaching, spirituality and personal strengths to develop the tools necessary to live your best life. Teenagers experiencing issues like low self-esteem, sexual identity/confusion, depression, anger, aggression, bullying or family discord has been a huge part of my practice. I use various modalities including music, poetry, games and social media examples to engage in meaning discussion. I also work with couples and adults experiencing personal challenges. I am a Christian therapist and Chaplain as well.
