Therapist Overview

I specialize in the issues adults face as they age; this includes those struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or another chronic mental or physical illness. The challenges we face as we age can be difficult, and can include declining physical health, loss of independence, dementia, fatigue from caregiving, or issues of grief & loss. Sometimes, these challenges lead to symptoms of depression and/or anxiety. I provide psychotherapy, couples counseling, memory testing, and behavior management training to adults, older adults, and their caregivers. Call today and we will work on your challenges together! I have experience with neurocognitive testing and decisional capacity evaluations. Issues of cognition are better addressed when a cognitive baseline is established, and I can provide initial and follow up testing. As a therapist, I use an eclectic approach tailored to each client to decrease symptoms and achieve lasting change. Shore Neurocognitive Health is a woman-ow
