Therapist Overview
Hello! I currently have online openings for individuals and couples. Life is challenging. I work with a culturally diverse population of individuals and couples who may be struggling with interpersonal conflict, separation, divorce, parenting, depression, anxiety, panic, stress, low self-esteem, procrastination, unexplained somatic symptoms, trauma, grief or loss. I am here to help you overcome your challenges that make your life so miserable, sometimes even unbearable! My primary modality is Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), an evidence-based psychotherapy approach which helps people rediscover and fully feel their emotions so that they can heal from painful experiences and emotional wounds. For couples, I offer highly effective (70% success rate) and research based Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). We work together as a team and uncover the internal hurdles that keep you stuck and make life so painful and difficult for you. That’s why I am here!
