At this time I am conducting only teletherapy sessions. Since Covid-19, parents of children and teens have reached out in increasing numbers for my assistance in navigating challenges they face. I specialize in treating individuals who are experiencing low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and grief. I have assisted individuals in strength building for over 26 years. I believe an essential part of the therapeutic process is the relationship between therapist and client, and use that foundation to empower and support individuals. I am an LLPC supervisor and also certified as a registered play therapist supervisor (RPT-S). Approaches I use include dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help adult clients overcome anxiety,depression, and loss.
