I offer online/phone counseling. As a therapist, I understand that making the decision to come to therapy is often the hardest. I feel that the key to overcoming that hurdle is to create an inclusive, non judgmental, safe and nurturing environment in order to allow the client to feel free and comfortable to express themselves. I do not believe in a one size fits all approach to therapy; therefore I like to incorporate a range of evidence based practices in order to best meet the needs of the individual. I have worked with clients with a variety of issues and diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, low self esteem and stress management. I like to approach each client from a holistic perspective, understanding that everyone is different you are more than just your symptoms.
