Therapist Overview
Accepting new clients. Night and weekend appointments available. Private, secure office in Gilbert! Let’s work together to build a partnership that fosters healing no matter the situation. I approach every patient with an open mind and no judgement. Counseling sessions are personalized because every client is different! My treatment approach is person centered. I believe the approach must be tailored to each individual and for this reason, various treatment modalities are used including strengths-based, spiritual centered, and evidenced-based. I have experience working with clients who are dealing with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression trauma, relationship issues and even stage of life changes. Using CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy, my goal is to build a partnership with each client to help my client identify what change is necessary for them to move in the right direction. I am a Licensed Associate Counselor by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix. The majority of my experience comes from working with criminal offenders and the SMI (severe mental illness) population, specifically anxiety, depression and trauma work.
