I have more than thirty years’ experience as a holistic practitioner. My goal as a catalyst is to assist you to transform your past, identify and deal effectively with stressors, move out of victim consciousness, develop healthy self-esteem, manifest nurturing and satisfying relationships, find meaning and purpose in your life, become self-empowered, and to live up to your full potential. I use both a psychological and spiritual lens to assist people in addressing spirituality and existential angst; mood and anxiety conditions; trauma/abuse issues; codependence; family of origin baggage; grief and loss; life transitions; addictions. As a holistic practitioner my work encompasses the mind, body, spirit connection. We work as a team to identify and address presenting issues and challenges. Some of the modalities used are Transpersonal, Cognitive-Behavioral, Humanistic, and Solution focused.
